Produced Work vs Invoiced Work

When looking at the metric page, the “Sales” number is based on income. Be that change order excepted on an active project, someone paying a bill or selling a job.
I would like to have a dashboard to know what was the produced income in a given time period for our production teams to ensure they are hitting their weekly KPI’s and on track for their weekly/monthly goals. Also another number that shows actual sales for the time period - this should have nothing to do with income per se’ as its not produced work. Very hard to differentiate the 2 variances without using another software/spreadsheet.
