Purpose: to improve quality control, and give key insights/data on what their crews/project managers do great and where improvement is needed.
Feature Description: When customer signs off on project completion, require them to give a 1-5 star rating for their crew and/or Project Manager. Can be a single overall rating or you could add custom aspects for your crews/PM(s) to be rated on (Attention to Detail, Prep Work, Communication, On-Time, Attitude, Overall Experience, Would you hire us again etc).
Benefits of the Feature:
Dripjobs could use this data to rank crews, and and give the business owner insight on crews/PM’s that may need to be monitored more closely, or need training in certain areas of the painting process.
On the other side of the coin, it can also give the Business Owner information on where crews deserve praise.
Could give the info needed for the ability to set quality/customer experience standards and track improvement in low ranked areas.
Could also give business owners the insights necessary to be able to offer your crews and/or PM’s potential Quality bonuses.
Sometimes there are customers who are just too nice/shy/non-confrontational to be critical of the work in person which can leave them with a poor experience that you would otherwise be unaware of
So if the Business Owner see’s a low rating given on a project in any given area, it gives them an opportunity to reach out to ask what happened, take steps to correct the issue, and ensure that the customer leaves with a great experience.
I’m not Tech person, but given some of the existing features this seems like a rather simple one to add that could provide super valuable information and improved quality control for DripJob customers
