IF you are going to bill $50/month per user, then the user should be able to email out to a customer from their email. Not the Company Email that is registered to drip jobs.
For Instance:
If a Sales Person logs on to send a quote, They are currently sending the quote through the MAIN email of the company.. Not their Sales@company.com email. So now when the homeowner has a questions regarding the quote, their email goes to the admin instead of the sales person. So now the admin person has to forward that email over. Doesnt make sense why someone would pay extra money for new users if they still have to depend on the company email for replies
