Schedule Change Email

Currently, when an appointment or job date/time is rescheduled you can toggle on “send SMS” which sends the updated date/time to the client via text. If you toggle on “send email” it would again send the original confirmation email of scheduling that appt/job. This means clients who don’t have a cell number listed (mainly commercial clients with a landline as POC) can’t receive rescheduling information. It would be helpful if we could toggle on the “send email” from the appt/job screen and for an email to be populated with information similar to the rescheduling text.
