Box for Offline/Physical Copy of Signature

The option to check a box on a proposal when an elderly customer with lack of technology wants to sign a hardcopy of the estimate electronically. The checkbox basically saying signed physical copy would automatically move this for Job scheduling because right now I don’t know what to do when I have this situation where a customer is not comfortable with technology and would rather have a physical copy, you can’t move it to scheduling unless they sign electronically. I hope I’m using this feature request properly.

    Also have a box for "via email", "via phone" or "in person" - or create the ability to type that into the customer portal on the signature line.

    Yes, I totally agree with this, I had a customer he was not comfortable with having to sign electronically he preferred to sign physically.

    Agreed! So far what I have done in this scenario is signed it myself via the Portal, maybe signing “Physical Copy” or something that denotes for you and the customer that there’s a living signature and not just our own signature, though I’ve done that before. Then you could attach a photo/scan of their signed copy.

    But I agree, there’s no way to get change orders involved without the accepted proposal so it becomes essential
