spell check / invoice frustrations

question... I'm a not the best speller unfortunately.... why when I'm putting in a description it tells me the word is wrong but i cant right click and use spell check. Spell check works on the main subject title line and also in this message so shouldn't it work in the description section? also I'm working on an invoice and I cant make changes to a line item I have already imputed till I save and generate but once I save and generate then all of my line items are out of order from the way I've interred them originally and I cant grab and move them like I can in a proposal. I love the drip jobs but I don't under stand why invoices is not the same layout as the the proposal and why the customer has to click the download button to get the breakdown of the proposal's is there a setting to simplify these issues because I get a lot of calls from my clients asking for the quantity break down and I have to explain to them that its there but they need to take the extra step of down loading and its frustrating for us and our clients to have that miss communication and to have to take the time it explain how the program works so any help with these is issues would be greatly appreciated Thanks Johann from flamingo cabinets
