This month, we’re rolling out the new secret work order, translation capabilities from within the work order, customizable proposal terms and conditions, and manual approvals to help you streamline your operations. 🛠️ Secret Work Orders – Keep Sensitive Information Private

We’ve introduced Secret Work Orders, allowing you to send work orders to employees and subcontractors without revealing the job address or client contact details.

🔒 Key Features:
✅ Hides job address & client contact info – Only the necessary details are shared.
✅ Easily sent via text & email for quick access.
✅ Accessible within the Proposal and the Work Orders tab.

This ensures subcontractors and employees see only what they need, keeping client information secure while maintaining seamless job communication.

✍️ Customizable Terms & Conditions Per Proposal

You now have the ability to edit the Terms & Conditions for each proposal, giving you flexibility to adjust terms based on the project type and client needs.

📌 How to Use It:

• Find the Terms & Conditions editor at the bottom of the proposal.

• Customize and adjust them before sending.

• Set unique terms for different jobs and clients for improved clarity and legal flexibility.

🌍 Work Order Translation – Communicate Across Languages

Need to send work orders in another language? Now, you can translate work orders directly from within the work order itself!

📝 How it Works:

• Open a work order and select the translate option at the top.

• Instantly convert instructions into another language for employees or subcontractors.

• Ensure clarity and avoid miscommunication. 

✅ Manual Proposal Approvals – No Signature Required

You can now manually approve proposals without a signature and move them directly to the Jobs Pipeline.

📍 Where to Find It:

• Simply approve at the bottom of the proposal, and the deal transitions forward to the Jobs Pipeline—no digital signature required! Check it out below!

This is perfect for situations where you receive verbal confirmations or offline approvals.
