September was all about saving you time on the everyday stuff. Your calendars got smarter, your follow-ups got easier to write, and every address now carries the full details your crew needs to show up at the right door. Less setup, fewer mixups, more time to grow your business.

📅 Scheduling & Calendars

🗓️ Link More Than One Google Calendar
You can now connect multiple Google Calendars to DripJobs and see your full schedule in one place.

What's new:
✅ Events from every linked calendar show in DripJobs, each with its own color and name
✅ Pick one calendar where DripJobs saves new events, and switch it anytime
✅ Events from other calendars are for reference only and won't block your availability

Why it matters: See your whole week at a glance while keeping all your DripJobs events neatly on one calendar.

Action required: None! Link your calendars from the Google Calendar connection screen. If you unlink the calendar DripJobs saves to, you'll be asked to choose a new one first.

🤖 Automation

✨ Write Drip Messages with AI
A new Generate with AI button in the drip step editor writes your email and text follow-ups for you.

What's new:
✅ Works on email and text steps in both the Sales and Jobs pipelines
✅ Describe what you want to say, then pick a tone and message type
✅ Get a ready-to-edit message body, and nothing sends until you save

Why it matters: Start every follow-up from a polished draft instead of a blank box, with fewer typos and way less time spent writing.

Action required: None! Look for the Generate with AI button when editing a drip step. You'll still set the subject line and send delay yourself.

🔗 Integrations

📨 Send Your Marketing Agency Everything in One Click
The Zapier card now has a Send Marketing Agency Info button that builds an email for your agency.

What's new:
✅ An editable email template filled in with your Zapier key (the code that connects your agency's tools to your DripJobs account), your name, company name, and phone
✅ Copy buttons for the subject and body
✅ Nothing is sent from DripJobs, so you stay in control of what goes out

Why it matters: Your agency gets exactly what it needs to send leads straight into your pipeline, with no back and forth.

Action required: Generate a Zapier key first if you haven't (the button stays disabled until you do), then add your agency contact's name before copying. Find it in Company Settings > Integrations.

📍 Jobs, Appointments & Documents

🏢 Address Line 2, Everywhere You Need It
Suite, unit, and floor details now have a home across DripJobs and stay with the address wherever it shows up.

What's new:
✅ Optional Address Line 2 for your company's physical and billing address, plus New Proposal, New On-Site Estimate, other appointments, New Lead, and your Booking Form
✅ Shows up in the Command Center contact card, appointment details, PDF documents, location placeholders in your messages, and Zapier
✅ Picking an existing contact fills in their Primary Address automatically, and editing an address saves it as a new one so the original stays safe

Why it matters: Your crew always knows exactly which unit to head to, no matter which screen or document they're looking at.
