Automatically or even manually, have the proposal become invisible to the client after the expiration date set by the user. This creates urgency in the client. The last software we used (17hats), I used to have our final email (drip) ask if there was anything else the prospect needed before we close out the quote request after 30 days (or whatever time is preferred). After another day of no response, the proposal was archived automatically with the following message (pic).
Many times, prospects would email me back with a "life gets in the way" story and requested we give them more time to accept the quote.
