This sounds good at face value however I feel it may become overwhelming and take over the core of the estimate which is a 2-3 page summary of the project scope and turning it into upwards of 30+ pages creating something the customer needs to sift through to see the data.
Possible alternatives to a full image would be
Thumbnail that is clickable to expand it
Link that is clickable to direct them to specific image.
