Ability to Bulk Edit Areas

user story: As a production rates user, I would like the ability to bulk edit areas, so that when I make a change to a particular area or substrate, the system automatically updates all other areas/substrates using the same dimensions, products, or materials.

user story: As a production rates user, I would like the ability to select which areas and/or substrates I would like to also update.

Example: as a user updating the Product (type of paint) I am using to paint the guest bedroom, I would like the ability to then select to copy that change over to the hallway, living room, and guest bathroom.
