Ability to turn a estimate into an invoice without the customer having to sign and accept is a must!!!!

Agreed. I honestly thought this was something I could already do.

We have a lot of older clients who get confused at the digital contract and will instead just print it out, sign it, and mail it to us. The ability to go in and accept for them would be very helpful to move the job to the next stage.

Yes, I just "signed" a proposal on a customer's behalf by writing "email" and they were confused and potentially upset.

With that said, you could just create a separate invoice...but it's time-consuming to have to basically copy all the line items over from the estimate.

Agreed! We have some customers that just don't get the 'click on a button' acceptance and they just verbally tell us. It's not too frequent but the ability for us to hit 'accept' for them is needed.
