Add First Name Dynamic Keywords

We would like to request the addition of two new dynamic keywords across all drip sequences (templates, drips, and reminders):

• {salesperson-first-name}

• {user-first-name} (account/user sending the message)

This will help create a more natural, conversational messaging (e.g., “Hi John, this is Mike…” instead of full-name formatting)
