Allow Job Costing Tool to be used while Creating Estimates for Comparison

Being able to use the Job Costing feature while drafting an estimate to see the expected costs/margins of a potential project. Then when creating the final Job Costing you can do a compare and contrast of what was budgeted and what the actual profits were for a given project.
