Allow Job Costing Tool to be used while Creating Estimates for Comparison

Being able to use the Job Costing feature while drafting an estimate to see the expected costs/margins of a potential project. Then when creating the final Job Costing you can do a compare and contrast of what was budgeted and what the actual profits were for a given project.

    If you are currently using Production Rates, you have this feature already under the "Reports Section".

    Otherwise, if you are simply pricing with Line items, we still need to create a way for you to project your costs.
