Auto Move Stage!!!

I used to use GoHighLevel. Drip jobs is much better but a HUUUUUGELY beneficial feature that I miss is being able to set triggers to automatically move which stage deals are in and disable future texts. The two that are most helpful to me are:

Automatically moving a cold lead to warm lead once they have responded via text.

• Currently, when a lead responds I need to manually disable drips or move them to a different category to no longer get the drips. Occasionally one slips through the cracks or comes in over the weekend.

• Example: A new lead responds on Saturday and says they are interested and would love to meet for an appointment on Tuesday. I’ve texted them back for forget to disable drips. They get a text on Sunday again asking them if they would like to set up an appointment. This looks a bit unprofessional and can be a turn off for the potential customer.

• Fix: A new lead responds on Saturday and is automatically moved by drip jobs to ‘warm leads’ with a new drip sequence and I can follow up when I get into the office on Monday.

Automatically moving a deal stage based on time.

• Deals currently sit in cold leads until I manually move them. The more automation the better imo.

• Fix: Once a deal has been in cold leads for 3 weeks (or whatever amount of time you choose) with no response, move to ‘unconverted leads’.
