Automatic Drip Shut Off When Customer Replies through Text or Email

A great time saver would be to have drips automatically shut off once a customer replies....or at least have the option to do that.

That would save us contractors some time from having to sign in to manually shut them off. I've been in awkward conversations over this several times with clients saying something similar to "I thought I had emailed yesterday and told you that I was going to (fill in the blank) and get back to you in a couple of days.
