we made a email notification in zap, for this and a few other items, so everyone gets quick notification if not in drip jobs, has been a easy fix

An accepted change order automatically updates the invoice, which automatically updates the job costing record

I use my own job costing software since the sales reporting in drip is not the most helpful from my experience.
