We REALLY need the ability to be able to flag a duplicate entry. Like if a repeat customer from (whenever) calls again and wants more work, my secretary may not know it’s a repeat and then create duplicate contact. This actually happens quite regularly. It would be nice if there was a prompt that alerts this contact already exists. Seems like a fairly basic feature that NEEDS to be added.

I want to stress the importance of having this feature. I keep encountering duplicate contacts and don't feel comfortable deleting them when they have estimates, invoices, notes, etc. attached.

Merging contacts will help keep data accurate, prevent confusion in communication, and save time by avoiding duplicate entries. Without this feature, DripJobs is cluttered and disorganized, making it harder to track interactions.

Yes. I’m still new to this and our team keeps creating duplicate “deals” and contacts. And why can’t I just delete a contact? I don’t want to archive duplicates.
