Deal Card Job Amounts

The job cards should reflect the actual amount invoiced thus reflecting an accurate total of revenue produced. Currently this is not the case so when we have a sold job card at 1k but invoice is at 2k or in reverse 900, the overall amounts don’t change so how are we supposed to leverage the system for accurate data tracking ?
