Contact Information Change on Deals

I spent countless hours creating a very detailed proposal. The client is asking if I can now change the contact/client information and address. Can we make it so were able to change that info on the fly without starting a proposal from scratch or changing the client information in our contacts list as it is a regular client that requires multiple proposals?
