Drop Down Option- Proposal
One thing i would like to see is a drop down option for your items in your proposal. Customers are getting overwhelmed seeing everything at once with all the info listen per item. It would clean it up a lot and customer can look at each section individually.

I've spent alot of time considering how much info and detail should be visual, as I agree alot of customers may be overwhelmed by the amount and then skip stuff. At the same time I feel it being acceible to them is just as crucial, so a drop down menu would resolve that, but as an option while building it. Alot of the details on the proposal are there for reference as they should be gone over during the estimate

From my understanding, I think they would like to hide all of the text per line item on the proposals as you scroll through the proposals it seems to be a lot if the customer is not interested in reading, but if they are then there’s a drop-down menu for the text to show

I have to agree. My most recent clients have all felt overwhelmed with every single item broken down on the final proposal.

100% agree! This is one of the only issues I have heard from clients with my proposals after transitioning from my other proposal format.
