Group Line Items

For interior estimates, I often am grouping the line items based on room. So I would break out Master Bedroom: Walls, Ceiling, Trim. I would have a total for each of those as well as a room total. It would be nice to be able to do this without having to go the Area Template Route.

But sometimes a client might not know if they want to paint the trim or ceilings in the house so in that case I would create a group, "Walls" and list out the rooms, and do the same for a group, "Trim" and the same for "Ceilings". That way it would be really easy to include or exclude all the trim from a total job.

Either way, having the ability to group within a job could be really helpful.
