I would love it if we could connect Gmail.

I used NetHunt at my previous job. The feature I loved the most was that we could tag our emails in google to a customer. So if we had communication about a subcontractors bid, it would show up in the customers CRM file. That way no matter what all emails associated with a customer was visible in the client screen.
