Improving DripJobs Chat Notifications

Currently, when one team member opens a message in DripJobs chat, the notification is cleared for all users. This creates a gap in communication, as other team members may not realize a new message came through.

Would it be possible to adjust the system so that message notifications remain active on a per-user basis? This way, each team member can independently view and acknowledge messages, ensuring no one misses important client communication.
