It would be great if there was a feature to add what color a customer wants after the proposal has been accepted. Most clients haven't picked their colors out at the time of the appointment, and it would be great to have a quick submission for the client to approve for color, and not have to make something in a change order.
You can add information and make changes to the proposal throughout the project and the changes update within customer portal. So after you have emailed a proposal the customer can go back to that original proposal and view additions to proposal.
