NOTES formatting & font size

Feature Requests

Would it be possible to have a little bit of formatting available in the NOTES feature? Pressing ENTER to SAVE doesn't allow us to create a separate line within a note or make a bulleted list. And the young people on here might not have a problem with this but the font size (in the NOTES only) is definitely a struggle for me.

I like to take notes on my initial call and being able to click enter to create a new line inside the note to separate information i am receiving would make everything look wayyyyy nicer

In tasks it would be nice to see more features like this too. Like font, bullet points, etc.
