NOTES formatting & font size

Would it be possible to have a little bit of formatting available in the NOTES feature? Pressing ENTER to SAVE doesn't allow us to create a separate line within a note or make a bulleted list. And the young people on here might not have a problem with this but the font size (in the NOTES only) is definitely a struggle for me.
