I still would like to have a note section on the invoice for “internal view only.” It’s very inconvenient to have to go back and forth between the deal (proposal) and the invoice to look at notes or add notes.
Very inconvenient. Leads to knowledge gaps and inconsistency. This can certainly be streamlined by the team. I think a possible solution would be to have 1 notes “menu” where access could be toggled and a chain of ALL Customer related notes can be viewed. This could be similar to OpenPhones menu style
