Percentage Labor Payout vs Fixed Cost Labor

is there a way to have a option to show or set labor payout as either fixed our a percentage- we use subs and also pay employees via piece rate, so both get a percentage payout as labor (32%). Having that amount show up would be a huge help for us-

unless there is a way already to show % for sub payouts?
