Product Data Entry

It does not make sense to me why Products that show up in production rate drop downs lists and products in Products / Services are different.

Even for those folks who use PR will need to use single line items from time to time. As far as product data entry, a product is a product and, in my opinion, DJ users should be able to enter in products one time and be able to use as a single line item or PR. Just when you are in PR, you adjust the rate at which said product will be used per SQFT, LNFT, GL, etc. I feel that this would be a great update to the software and make this more user-friendly. Quite frankly, after I have entered in SO MANY products and am now teaching myself how to build templates, I am so confused currently on what angle I should be working from. I see so much potential with this software, and when we get it to where we need it to be, it will be amazing, but getting there has been confusing and not user-friendly. I am excited to keep learning how to set this up appropriately for our company and always aiming to be a resource for quality feedback for the DJ software development team whenever possible.
