Production Rates

Add option to deduct area within the current production rate system.

Currently, there is no way to enter a time/material item within production rates; is a T&M production rate calculation something that would ever become available?

At this time, there is no way to output only a single line item on the proposal (if I input 10 buildings of siding, trim, doors, etc. it has a very long/visually unappealing look)
