Reverse the faulty update

Since the most recent update of the software our proposals show the hours for each line item instead of the corresponding cost. Please reverse this ASAP. Please do not implement any further updates without first consulting with us. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    I want to look into this right away for you. Could you share your company name and the best contact name on the account? That will help me pull things up on our end.

    I do want to flag that we haven't seen this issue reported following recent updates, so I want to make sure we're looking at the right thing, as this could be related to a proposal setting on your account. Either way, I'll get eyes on it as soon as I have your details.
