Revolving clients (apartment management/turns)

Would be awesome to have a feature to allow for revolving clients (that do not need a proposal or accept one) to be able to be added to your job schedule. We work do a lot of apartment turns and the clients already have the pricing information, but I need to be able to schedule those as well. I am currently scheduling as “appointments” through Google calendar, but I have to go to two different locations (job calendar and appointment calendar) to be able to get an idea of the actual work load. It’d be an excellent feature for those of us that do apartment/commercial repaints for turns as well as home owner type work.
