Share Job schedule with crew leads

When i assign a client project to a crew lead it will automatically show up on the crew leads google calendar and how many days its estimated to take. This way they can see what projects they have coming up on the schedule and when client is expecting them to be there. If the programmer wants more info please reach out to me and i can share my screen on how this can be done as i paid a tech guy to build it as an add on feature on my previous estimating program that i still keep due to all the data in there.
