Could we have a the ability to skip a single drip message?
We have noticed that often after we send a proposal the customer may reply after the first or second drip message communicating that they will make a decision soon or they are waiting on a second quote. At this point we don't want the system to send another follow up for a couple of days because it irritates them given they told us they will let us know soon. Right now the only way seems to be to turn off the drips completely for that customer which we don't want because we still want to follow up but give a bit of space. To keep remembering to turn off and on the drips to accomplish that is not sustainable.
