Add Text Message Option to Payment Receipts

Summary

Staff can only send a payment receipt by email from the Receive Payment modal. Companies with Text Messaging should be able to send the receipt by text, email, or both, using the same delivery selector already used in Send Invoice and Send Proposal.

 User Story

As a DripJobs user with Text Messaging,

I want to text a payment receipt to my customer when I record a payment,

so that my customer gets confirmation on the same channel they use for every other step of the job.
