Tracking Who Referals Came From

Hey guys, Can we look at having a custom question for when clients click referral to ask them who referred them and then can we find a way to include the names of the referers in the metrics so we can track. e.g if dave smith referred us 5 times we can then have him on tier 2 of our referral program. thanks!
