Week View Calendar View Option

Hey everyone! Thank you all for taking the time to submit these requests. The consistency of this feedback across your teams tells us exactly what we need to know: the current calendar experience isn't built for how schedulers actually work.

We hear you. Toggling through a 3-day view to piece together a full week, or having to open every appointment just to figure out where it's located; that's real friction adding up across your day.

Here's where we are:

We're actively investigating a calendar overhaul that would include:

• A unified calendar combining your Sales and Jobs calendars into a single view, with the ability to toggle each on or off independently

• Multiple view options, including the week view (Mon–Fri) you've been asking for alongside day and month

• The ability to set a default view preference so your calendar always opens the way you work

We're also in discovery on deeper filtering, specifically the ability to filter appointments by Location/Area: this one has strong support in your feedback and we know it's a game-changer for route-efficient scheduling. We're working to determine whether this can be included in the initial build (V1) or will need to follow in a subsequent release (V2). We'll communicate this clearly as scoping progresses.

No firm timeline to share just yet, but this has our attention and the volume of requests here directly supports prioritization. We'll update this thread as things move forward.
