As a user establishing availability on my appointment calendar AND my job schedule, I would like the ability to set available hours/days. Similar to toggling on/off days of the week in App Settings.
yes please if you add this to the appointment cal, this will be the best future in DripJobs , this will be like having el calendly integrate to the CRM for the on-site estimates , omg please work on this one please

id like if customers could see when we are available for and estimate and then schedule at an open time although it should not allow for someone to schedule a 330 apt if we have a 245 or 230 because you have time for the estimate and travel time to the next

It would be incredibly helpful to have an integration with Google Calendar or Calendly directly in the CRM. This feature would eliminate the need to constantly switch between platforms, making scheduling much more seamless and efficient.
By integrating with these tools, we could manage our appointments and schedules all in one place, which would seriously enhance our workflow and productivity. This improvement would not only save time but also make the CRM far more robust and user-friendly.
I strongly believe this feature would add significant value and make our operations more efficient in the long run.

I don’t know if my comment here is a good addendum to this request, or should stand alone.
I have a small team and often the same people handling Appointments are also handling Jobs. We need the ability to see availability with both calendars in mind. Our team availability for Appointments is directly dependent upon any Jobs obligations.
As a user when setting a new appointment or scheduling a job, I can see a Master Calendar that accounts for all events across both calendars, and conflicts on either calendar are clear so as to prevent overbooking.
A feature that I would suggest is this. When scheduling a job starting 1 week and ending the next week that we had an option like a button, check box or slider bar to skip the weekend on the job calendar. Currently we have to schedule the job, then go into the deal and schedule for the following week dates which dripjobs is then calling phase 2, "phase" and additional scheduling messages can be confusing to both us and the customer.

I saw this too just this week when scheduling a job. It would be great if you could highlight a job, and select calendar days individually or in a slider bar like you said, so that non-sequential days can still belong to the same project phase.
Like, I do estimates on Thursdays so I usually don’t paint. Some jobs are booked Mon-Wed and Fridays, and currently I have to include that Thursday on my job calendar.

Also it would be great if consecutive job days could have a start time as well. Clients are reminded of the job start date but always reach out to ask what time we start.
Add a reoccurring, multi-day, and all day option to a calendar event, the option to assign a calendar event to multiple employees, and the option to not add a customer contact to a calendar event (staff meeting, out of office, etc.)

This would be huge. Ability to view multiple hour appointments effectively on the DripJobs calendar Currently to book an estimate we have to reference both google calendar and the dj calendar

This would also work for putting vacation time on the job schedule to see who's out when for scheduling purposes. Having to flip between two calendars is cumbersome.

Would love to be able to add a note to the calendar so all employees can see who is out on vacation, doctor visits or miscellaneous.

Add Holidays to Calendars
Can we please add holidays to the calendars, I constantly schedule or book appointments over holidays not knowing they are there.
