We suggest adding a feature in the CRM invoice module that allows customers the option to leave a tip, akin to the "optional item" functionality in proposals. Once selected, customers can input a custom tip amount in a designated fillable box. On the backend, this feature would display the added tip amount similar to the paid indicator, providing transparency and clarity in the invoice details.
