Multiple contacts included in chat, bring in project manager to convo with homeowner

This would likely build upon the already submitted request for multiple contacts to the contacts field. I often find it's best to have all discussions and decisions made with all parties, even if there is just one decision maker. This can ensure the husband knows to not have the truck on the driveway Monday morning, or that the accent wall is gonna be green. Instead of hoping or tasking the main point of contact to relay that information. Further, being able to bring in (or assign) a third party (project manager, salesman, me, color consultant) to an existing chat feed would be valuable to clear up miscommunications and provide a seamless experience towards the customer.

NOTES formatting & font size

Would it be possible to have a little bit of formatting available in the NOTES feature? Pressing ENTER to SAVE doesn't allow us to create a separate line within a note or make a bulleted list. And the young people on here might not have a problem with this but the font size (in the NOTES only) is definitely a struggle for me.

Custom Reminders

The ability to attach a specific reminder sequence to specific types of jobs. For example; Preparation instructions for cabinet jobs one week before the job starts.

Company Branding on URL

As a new user to DripJobs, I am enjoying the streamlined features and functionality of the system. I would really like to see a custom branding option, (i.e. When customers click on their proposal it would show app.COMPANYNAME.com instead of app.dripjobs.com). I don't mind the Powered by DripJobs at the footer of the emails, as it does show reference to this amazing product, but being able to direct a customer into their Portal with my company branding would be beneficial.

Being able to use the Job Costing feature while drafting an estimate to see the expected costs/margins of a potential project. Then when creating the final Job Costing you can do a compare and contrast of what was budgeted and what the actual profits were for a given project.

Address and contact information

Change the labels for customer input to specify Customer Address, customer phone, etc. so my browser doesn't ask me if I want to revise my saved address Everytime I input a new client.

Expensive reports. I can type in or take a pic of my receipt, file it as tools, materials, etc (you get the idea) then on December 31st I can save it as a spread sheet and email to my cpa.

File Photos

It would be great to have a place where i can upload pictures of a job so I go back for reference. The only place is to attach them in the proposal.

Need more "Product Types" when "Adding a Product"

As a user, I'd like the ability to edit the font size of my PDF's, outside of the currently available (Footer: Normal, Small, Extra Small.) I would like the ability to increase/decrease by size (8, 12, 14, 16...)

Create a setting in DripJobs for arrival windows , Your estimator is scheduled to arrive between 9am-10am instead of an exact set time. Or on project scheduling , Your crew is scheduled to arrive between 9am-10am

Each Deal Needs a Notes Section That Isn't Duplicated If Using The Same Customer Name On a New Deal

Notes need to be tied to the Deals rather than the Contacts. We have repeat customers and now all of the notes are being duplicated on every new deal. This is a huge hassle for us as we need to keep notes for each deal separate and frequently updated. We also cannot add company internal view notes without a proposal being sent first.

Color Chart Enhancements

Summary After a proposal is accepted, users need a way to send Color Chart changes to the customer to review, sign and approve, using the same flow as a Change Order but with no price impact. When the color change is accepted, the job's Color Chart and all downstream references update to the accepted selections. Problem Statement Most customers have not picked colors when the proposal is signed. Today, users lock in colors by creating a $0 Change Order with a placeholder line item (for example, "3rd Color Selection"). That Change Order does not carry the actual sheen, color and color ID, does not update the Color Chart, and its acceptance flow is built around invoice changes. (Multiple) FeatureBase requests ask for a proper color sign off. User Story As a User, I want to send updated color selections to my customer for signature after the proposal is accepted, so that colors are locked in and documented before work starts and my crew paints from the approved selections.

Add Text Message Option to Payment Receipts

Summary Staff can only send a payment receipt by email from the Receive Payment modal. Companies with Text Messaging should be able to send the receipt by text, email, or both, using the same delivery selector already used in Send Invoice and Send Proposal. User Story As a DripJobs user with Text Messaging, I want to text a payment receipt to my customer when I record a payment, so that my customer gets confirmation on the same channel they use for every other step of the job.

Business Entity (V1)

It would be helpful to make commercial and residential customer accounts different. This would help for integration with QB as well. We have several residential clients who have had us do work for them personally and also for their business. To my knowledge, DJ has no way of separating them as two different customer accounts.

Text from CRM

Would be great if we could text from CRM directly in addition to the App. That way our admin can also communicate with clients from dashboard when we are out in the field. If there was a communications tab for Email responses and text responses from clients it would be much easier. Separate from activity tab.

Different reply email

I would like you to review the possibility of assigning multiple email addresses so that salespeople can follow up individually on their sales and projects. Right now, customers are receiving drips from a unique email address (the admin email), so sometimes the communication is messy. Thank you!
